Bringing back one of our favourite distilleries - we bottled a Fiji! An exceptional reflection of the distillery, this is a wonderful complement to our 19-year-old Fiji from the first release. With a lot more funk from the younger distillate, this is the more raw and powerful Fiji that we know so many of you have been yearning for. Distilled in 2012 and spending the majority of its life in the UK in a once used bourbon barrel, this is a one that we sure will spread cheer.

The label is the “Medusa” by Kath Lobo and the first for our “Greek Myths” series. Kath brings to life the spine-tingling feeling from the spirit into the label and it was incredible to work with her again.

This single barrel rum is non-chill filtered with no additives, yielding 241 bottles at a cask strength of 61.7% ABV.
