DELIVERY

 

Domestic Deliveries

 

All UK Standard deliveries are sent by private courier or via Royal Mail (Tracked 48). If you have chosen the Express shipping option please note that only orders placed before 11 am will be dispatched the same day, any orders placed after 11 am (Monday to Friday) are not guaranteed for same day dispatch and next day delivery and may leave the distillery the following morning (Excluding weekends and public holidays)

For UK deliveries please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch of your order.

Our Fulfilment team works 5 days a week Monday to Friday. Meaning no mail leaves our distillery over the weekend, thank you for your understanding and patience regarding this.

Please note: While we aim to have your order with you within 5 working days, this can vary depending on demand. During busy periods, our delivery times can be a little longer but we will do our best to have your order with you as soon as possible. Please ensure to order in plenty of time and do not hesitate to contact a member of our team if your order is required urgently.  

 

All of our products are packaged and shipped individually from our distillery. Occasionally your order can be split during shipment to your address. There is a possibility because of this that your order may arrive over different days and at times a few days apart.

We can provide delivery to either a home or workplace address, as entered on the order. We cannot accept any liability if the provided address is incorrect or incomplete. Deliveries to work addresses shall be deemed successful if a representative at that address accepts and signs for the goods.

We are pleased to report that our chosen methods of delivery leave only a small carbon footprint throughout its extensive journey to your doorstep, by using plastic-free packaging and utilising already established courier networks.
