Our Dalclagie Mashbill follows a simple ethos: flavour over yield.

Double distilled in our bespoke and electrically-fired, copper pot stills Nettie and Gertie;

Casked in hand-selected Refill Bourbon Barrels and laid down in our Cold War era bunker for subterranean maturation.
Straight from the still, our Dalclagie New Make Spirit has notes of tropical fruit, tinned peaches, and pineapple; a full-bodied texture; and a croissant sweetness.

Expect those traditional smoky, campfire notes alongside stone fruit, such as peach, while citrus – reminiscent of lemon and grapefruit – refreshes the palate, partnering nicely with just a hint of salt.

Whisky comes through on the nose and lingers on the end, with butterscotch sweetness and crisp, clear stone fruit on the palate.

Juniper forward, with big hits of citrus and a warmth from cardamom and pink peppercorn.
The sweetness of rowan berries and lemon verbena balance the gin perfectly, creating a surprisingly smooth finish.
Locally sourced botanicals, such as Scots pine, Icelandic moss, sea buckthorn, and rowan berries combine to create a truly Scottish gin.
