Caol Ila 2008

It is no secret that we are fans of Caol Ila. We think it’s an incredible whisky that sometimes, like Rodney Dangerfield, doesn’t get its respect. When we found this cask, with its unique combination of the peaty salinity of the Caol Ila and the sweetness of the Palo Cortado sherry hogshead, we knew we had landed on something special. A bottling that we are excited to see shared across Canada, including with our own friends and family, this is part of our commitment to bring great single malts back to where Bedford Park started.

Designed by Toronto-based artist James Tuer, this label offers a bold reimagining of the maple leaf, Canada’s most enduring symbol of unity and identity. Its branching lines reflect not just the natural form, but something deeper - our love for whisky runs in our blood, connecting passion, place and heritage. Striking and contemporary, the design honours tradition while standing out proudly on any shelf.

This single malt scotch whisky is non-chill filtered and naturally coloured, yielding 163 bottles at a cask strength of 53.5% ABV.
