Very notably a rum, it has that telltale butterscotch sweetness, but is married harmoniously with those buttery croissant notes from its time in whisky casks – and at 40% ABV, it’s not intimidating or overpowering.

You’ve probably heard the term “craft distilling” and wondered what it really means. With so many buzzwords floating around in the spirits industry, it can be hard to tell them apart, but at its heart, craft distilling isn’t complicated – it’s about passion, tradition, and the care that goes into every bottle.

What began as lofty goals with a degree of romanticism has become a belief system that has been battle-tested and hard-worn over these past five years – and, most importantly, has been cemented into the core of our distillery. 

Whether it’s planning a tasting event, reaching out to a new bar, or making sure our long-standing customers are well looked after, every part of the role brings something different and I love the variety.
