Our Peated Scotch Whisky is a superb example of a full-bodied Highland Single Malt in waiting. Using the finest peated barley, robust Sour Trapp yeast, long fermentations and strict spirit cuts dictated by taste and flavour, just as we do with Dalclagie, our Peated Whisky is a reflection of historic practices that did not favour efficiency over taste.

Tasting notes that are currently present in our Peated New Make Spirit straight from the still are: “ Smoky, campfire notes alongside stone fruit, such as peach, with lemon and grapefruit, and just a hint of salt.” - Greg Benson, Head Distiller North Point Distillery.
