Based in the very North of Scotland, we do things a little differently. We distil our award-winning spirits using only the best, sustainable ingredients, using hand-selected whisky casks from local whisky distilleries to mature and finish our Rum. Our community and local area are so important to us, and it’s actually what inspired our story - the heritage of Caithness and the story of the pilots (think adventures across the sea and inadvertently ending up in the Caribbean - it makes for an interesting read!).
