Enjoy an in-depth tasting of our Core Range of spirits and seasonal offerings while learning about our unique distillation practices, the history and inspirations behind our products, and what makes North Point Distillery a leader in Sustainability. Beginning with a welcome dram in our brand new Tasting Room, one of our amazing Guides will entertain you with stories of our site and the backstories of our spirits before leading you into our Still House for a behind-the-scenes look of our daily operations. Depending on what's on the schedule for that day, you could witness anything from fermentations, to distillations, to bottling -- or even casking!
