The Speyside region, by the banks of the river Lossie near Elgin, is the home of Linkwood distillery. This Linkwood single malt was distilled in 2008 and transferred to a first fill Palo Cortado octave for finishing in 2023.
 
The cask has been bottled in collaboration with Eddie's Klub in Porto, Portugal. Known as one of the most knowledgeable people in the whisky industry, Eddie thrives on sharing his knowledge with others - a view that underpins the bar's ethos that "whisky is for all". We have spent hours with Eddie talking late into the night about his favourite selections and he's consistently opening new doors and ideas, which has allowed us here at Bedford Park to expand our own horizons and views on whisky as a whole. We know that wherever Eddie is behind the bar is a place that feels like home and, with that in mind, we wanted him to be part of our first release. The next time you're in Porto, be sure to stop in for a dram and a chat, we're sure it will be the first of many more.
 
This single malt scotch whisky is non-chill filtered and naturally coloured, yielding 56 bottles at a cask strength of 53.8% ABV.
