Our cask club is a bespoke experience, offering unique cask options and selections for our members. Joining our Cask Club allows our members to have their very own cask of our North Point Pilot Rum aged in a cask of their choosing.
Our Casks
The North Point Distillery team have made it a priority to source all of our casks from Scottish coopers that offer some of the best casks out there. From our Ex-Whisky casks, which are a staple for the maturation of our North Point Pilot Rum, to more exotic casks like Port Pipes and Madeira Casks, we make sure every cask we offer is an amazing vessel to hold your Rum!
Our Rum
Inside each cask, whether Firkin or Standard, is our North Point Pilot Rum. Our Rum is a Caribbean style Rum using responsibly sourced premium ingredients, including Caribbean Sugar Cane, Muscovado Sugar, and Molasses.
Our Pilot Rum is distilled using our one-of-a-kind Copper Pot Still that combines a Scotch Whisky Helmet, a Rum Column, and even a Vapour Basket, that allows our Distillery team to produce an incredibly versatile Rum.
Our Rum, once placed in your chosen cask, will only get better! Take on the flavours and character of your cask throughout the maturation process.
The Packages
We’re proud to offer two membership packages, each with its own benefits and perks: Firkin and Standard. Both packages will allow you to customise the flavour of your Rum through our available cask selections, and you’ll be able to see and taste how your Rum comes to life through the samples taken throughout the maturation process.
